Following the Anniversary Design and Identity we did for outdoor magazine NORR, we were now asked to help the editorial team with a rethink of their website.
The most noticeable changes are in the user experience. The new site is responsive across web, mobile and tablet, and now sports increased readability, enhanced navigation, improved structure and clear typographic hierarchy — including a brushed up colour palette.
The website now centers around a return to the publication’s outdoor culture roots and a cleaner look. We felt there was still a place in the media landscape for taking a step back, reflecting, and framing these specific stories.
The new NORR is a handsome digital experience that returns to the original purpose of magazines as a curated collection of relevant stories.
